FAT: Ending the War that Nobody Started

:  Frank Hu, Harvard TREC Center Director, is quoted in a Time Magazine provocative cover story, Eat Butter.  The article, Ending the War on Fat, in the June 23, 2014 issue says scientists were wrong to label saturated fats the enemy — that carbs, sugar and processed foods are mainly to blame for obesity, diabetes and other weight-related diseases, according to a growing body of research.
